The barbershop is a red-head & black-barrel truck that transforms function with professional "barbers" in orange. They appear at the gate of University of Transport and Communications- Campus in Ho Chi Minh City and students will wait in line and pay 2,000 VND for a neat, handsome hair.

The need for beauty, beauty care has long been no longer a privilege of women. Men also want to have an attractive, caring appearance to have more confidence in life. Hair is one of the parts that greatly affects the appearance and face of people.
Meeting that demand, DONG TAY BARBER SHOP cooperated with UTC2 Youth Union delegation of University of Transport and Communications - Campus in Ho Chi Minh City to organize a Hair Cutting program for all students at the campus with unbelievable prices, only 2,000 VND for an impeccable hair. The program started from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily from June 1 to June 7, 2020, at the entrance gate of University of Transport and Communications- Campus in Ho Chi Minh City.
In order to assist UTC2 students to overcome the hot summer condition and the worry of living expenses, UTC2 Youth Union would like to help students have neater, beautiful hair in this weather and to reduce the living cost providing the best learning conditions for all students.

The arrival of "mobile barbershop" made Campus students extremely excited. Normally, the cost for a hair cut was around 25,000 - 50,000 VND, sometimes up to 100,000 VND. Since having this mobile barbershop, UTC2 students had a perfect hairstyle through the professional hands of the "orange shirt" guys, making UTC2 male students even more excited and also partly reduced in their spending. The barbers were also very happy, always advising a suitable hairstyle before cutting. Because all of the barbers were well-trained, they introduced a modern and youthful cutting method suitable for students.
