Especially, the system of machinery and equipment invested by the company is quite modern. In which, it is noteworthy that the simulation room used in teaching logistics operations worth 2 million dollars funded by STC-Netherlands. It is expected that this will be an ideal learning environment for students of the school. The delegation of the University is very honored to visit this modern model under the enthusiastic support of STC representatives.

Accordingly, the delegation of UTC-HCMC Campus and the representative of STC VIETNAM discussed the cooperation between the two sides organizing more training courses to enhance logistics skills for UTC’s Logistics students. Consequently, the training program of UTC-HCMC Campus for the Logistics major will be optimally built to consolidate students’ knowledge. Since then, they are not only equipped with a certain theoretical basis of the logistics industry which is suitable for the university level but also equipped with the necessary professional skills. Moreover, after graduating from university, students will master their knowledge, have good research thinking and self-study skill to continue studying at higher levels. At the same time, they will also have the necessary vocational skills to be able to work immediately without having to invest effort and time to open retraining courses.

In addition, TANCANG - STC is ready to assist the school to share experiences on import and export activities for students to have a genuine perspective on the logistics industry in Vietnam. At the end of the meeting, the two representatives agreed to work together to develop a training program for students in the logistics sector of the University, to ensure the target and the desired output quality. With the outstanding advantages, UTC-HCMC Campus has academic strengths and research development; On the contrary, TANCANG - STC has the advantage of experience training skills and possesses modern facilities and equipment, strong financial and human resources, and a wide network of business relations. So the above cooperation will be a favorable condition for students to access internship and job opportunities early and improve their professional skills.

In conclusion, Logistics industry in the world in general and in Vietnam, in particular, is reaching out stronger than ever. Such development promises to bring many benefits in the future. However, it also requires us to overcome many difficulties and challenges. Hopefully, with this cooperation and ongoing plans, the UTC-HCMC Campus and the TANCANG- STC Human Resources Company Limited will contribute to training more talented young generations, bringing Vietnam's Logistics industry to further development.
