We invite submissions of papers presenting a high-quality original research and development for the conference tracks. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their paper via email smartcity2018@utc2.edu.vn.
The final paper should be written in English, the official language of the event. The paper needs to be done within the page limit of 6-8 ISO A4 pages, font Times New Roman, size 13, top and bottom margin length 2.5cm, left margin width 3cm and right margin width 2cm.
