Commencement Ceremony with National Olympic Teams and Energy & Eco-driving Race Teams in 2018

On April 9th, 2018, UTC-HCMC Campus solemnly held a ceremony to send the National Olympic Teams and & Eco-driving Race Teams in 2018. Attending the ceremony, there were Dr. Vo Truong Son – Vice Rector of Campus; MSc. Dang Van On – Director of Propaganda and Student Affairs Department; Instructors and student members of National Olympic Teams and Energy & Eco-driving Race Teams. This year, there are 07 Olympic teams and 02 Eco-driving teams.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Dr. Vo Truong Son - Vice Rector of Campus emphasized the importance of the contest as an affirmation of the strengths of University in the training and research activities. This is no longer a movement it has become a mainstream activity that needs to be maintained and developed. On behalf of University, teachers, Dr. Vo Truong Son wished students to work hard to achieve the highest results.

Dr. Nguyen Huu Chi - Head of Mechanical Engineering Section also had a few words with students and said that the nature of the contest was voluntary, taking the exam must start from the passion of knowledge so students need to be active, wise, not to feel pressured in order to prove your knowledge.

Student Vo Phu Toan - Class CDANH K55, Olympics mechanics team on behalf of the students attending the contest promise to be confident and make effort to bring glory to university.
